International shipping (Europe & UK)

Yes, we ship to Europe and the UK. Orders go out via USPS, and rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are and what's in your cart. Delivery usually takes 7 to 21 business days once it leaves us, depending on your country's customs mood that week.

Here's the part nobody likes to say out loud: import VAT, duties, and the carrier's handling fee are not included in what you pay us. Your country charges them, not us, and they're usually collected by the courier before delivery. For most EU countries VAT runs roughly 19 to 25% of the order value, and handling fees vary by carrier. Budget for it so it isn't a surprise on your doorstep.

If a parcel is refused or goes unclaimed at customs, we can refund the product cost once it makes its way back to us, but shipping charges aren't refundable.
